Activator: Water, Ethanolamine Thioglycolate, Ethanolamine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Polysorbate-20, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Guaiazuleme, Disodium EDTA, Polysorbate-80, Cocoamide DEA, Fragrance, FD&C Blue #1, D&C Violet #2.
Neutralizer: Water, Bromate, Cetyl Alcohol, Paraffin, Steartrimonium Chloride, Behentrimonium Chloride, Butylene Glycol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Ceteth-30, Glyceryl Stearate, Disodium Phosphate, Disodium EDTA.
Directions:
1. Activator: Apply 80 grams to hair and leave in for 10-30 minutes, then rinse off.
2. Neutralizer: Apply 80 grams to hair and leave in for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly.
